Welcome to

Northern Plains PUBLIC LIBRARY

NPPL is a small-town public library, with a strong community base made up of primarily families, children, and seniors. We have a large collection of materials and specialize in large programs for all ages. We are part of the High Plains Library District, but since we are a member library, we have our library board and have local control.

It’s spooky season and the library is ready!

Look for your local librarians at the Booster Club Trunk or Treat event. Saturday October 25th @ 5 PM, Highland High School Parking lot.

Make sure you stop by the library while you are out trick or treating on Halloween. Librarians are teaming up with your local fire department to provide a spooky maze, fun carnival games, hot chocolate and of course treats for all! The fun starts at 5 PM on Halloween!
